By referring qualified people, you can earn a bonus if your referral is hired. This program provides us with better candidates for employment in technical and administrative positions.
Technical positions eligible for our referral program include the following:
IT openings (work in Troy, MI & various locations throughout U.S.) CIS Manager to evaluate data processing project proposals and assess project feasibility: (#CM) Requires Master+12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using SAP. SAP Functional Dev to understand business requirements, transform or map business processes in SAP, configure systems to meet customer requirements in SAP process to design, develop, test, implement & maintain applications designed to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality: (#SFD) Requires Masters+12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using SAP. For all positions will accept foreign educational equivalent of required degree & requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout US. All Global Enterprise Tech Resources, Inc. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program. In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted. Bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $500.
