We focus on the Automotive Tier 1 Supplier market, and we also support other manufacturing oriented companies. We are located in southeast Michigan, home to many automotive companies and automotive suppliers. We have level-2 and level-3 SAP support service agreements with our automotive and manufacturing customers.
Our value proposition revolves around our deep Industry knowledge and flexible contracting arrangements. We are a strong player in emerging technologies in SAP such as Fiori, Hybris, S/4HANA, MDG, Mobility, and Portal. We will support a customer’s SAP system with dedicated resources onsite or offsite. We also offer innovative, flexible support models such as fractional FTE, retainer hours and on-demand support. In addition, we offer offshore resources in India to provide an extended support window and blend rates for more cost-effective support. We use an ITIL service delivery model spanning our onshore and offshore locations for support of production systems.
